    I thought this was supposed to be a gluten free, dairy free cake? It’s calling for eggs. I need a completely gluten free, egg free recipe.

      Hey Debra, are you referring to the Snickerdoodle Layer Cake or the GF DF Devil’s Food Cake? Both of those recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free, but they are not vegan (eggs are not actually related to dairy or gluten). If you are looking to go egg-free, you could try subbing Ener-G Egg Replacer or a similar product, but I have not tested these, as I do not personally need to avoid using eggs. Good luck!
